Aditi Reddy

Aditi Reddy, MD, is a practicing internal medicine physician in California and a real estate investor with experience across multiple asset classes. As a fund-of-funds sponsor, she has partnered with operators on hotel-to-multifamily conversions and townhouse syndications in Washington, Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri totaling 931 residential units. At Light Year Capital, she has held leadership roles across four land syndications and one multifamily offering representing more than $56 million in aggregate investor equity. She also owns long-term rentals in Texas, holds limited partner interests in ground-up construction, self-storage, and oil and gas, and helps oversee her family's mixed-use, land, and multifamily real estate business in India.
