Aditi Reddy

Aditi Reddy, MD, is a practicing internal medicine physician in California and a real estate investor with experience across multiple asset classes. She has served as a general partner in hotel-to-multifamily conversions and townhouse syndications in Washington, Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri, representing a combined 931 residential units, including participation as a lead capital sponsor on an $18.7 million, 591-unit hotel-to-multifamily redevelopment. She has also held leadership roles within Light Year Capital across three land syndications representing over $37 million of aggregate investor equity. She owns long-term rental properties in Texas and holds limited partner interests in a variety of real estate and alternative investments, including ground-up residential construction, self-storage, oil and gas, pharmaceutical ventures, and land syndications. In addition, she is actively involved in her family’s real estate business in India, assisting with the oversight of mixed-use developments, land syndications, and multifamily assets.
