Chirag Chaudhari, MD, is an emergency medicine physician in Maryland focused on informatics and quality, and a real estate investor with long-term and short-term rentals in Maryland and Florida. He is a general partner in hotel-to-multifamily conversion projects totaling 787 units. Since 2024, he has helped investors place over $100 million in capital.
