Meredith Shur

Meredith Shur, MD, is a real estate investor who, together with her husband, has 36 doors and $6.5M of real estate assets under management in New York. They focus on restoration and preservation of historic buildings with the goal of contributing to urban renewal. They are also investors in real estate opportunities, which include multifamily and land banking in Arizona, Missouri, Minnesota, and Washington state. Meredith has also held leadership roles within Light Year Capital across four land syndications representing over $40 million of aggregate investor equity. Meredith is a practicing OBGYN and a partner at Eastside Women’s OBGYN Associates in New York City.
