Meredith Shur

Meredith Shur, MD, is a practicing OBGYN and a partner at Eastside Women's OBGYN Associates in New York City, as well as an active real estate investor. Together with her husband, she has 44 doors and over $7 million of real estate assets under management in New York, with a focus on restoring and preserving historic buildings to support urban renewal. They also invest in multifamily and land banking opportunities in Arizona, Missouri, Minnesota, and Washington state. Meredith has held leadership roles within Light Year Capital across land and multifamily syndications representing over $40 million of aggregate investor equity.
