Nicole Pele, DO, brings over two decades of real estate investment experience, having been actively engaged in the sector since 2003. Dr. Pele maintains a diversified personal real estate portfolio spanning multiple markets, including Missouri, California, and Arkansas. As a General Partner, she has demonstrated leadership expertise across various asset classes, including multifamily developments, energy investments, and land acquisitions. She also participates as a general partner in a hotel-to-multifamily conversion project comprising 787 apartment units. Additionally, Nicole maintains strategic limited partnership positions across a broad spectrum of real estate investments, including ground-up construction projects, commercial properties, multifamily housing, energy sector investments, and land development opportunities. In 2024, she participated in a total of 8 different syndication opportunities, which amounted to over $51 million in investor equity. Professionally, Dr. Pele is a practicing Pathologist in Missouri and serves as Laboratory Director for multiple private laboratories in California, bringing analytical rigor and operational oversight experience to her investment activities.
